Brian has amassed more than 20 years of Human Resources experience working with large hospital systems, telecommunications organizations, large grocery chains and private equity backed franchise owned operations. 

In his diverse roles, Brian has led bargaining agreement negotiations, built HR teams, and developed and implemented talent acquisition processes and strategies. He has also created organizational policies and procedures, developed organizational performance management processes, managed employee relations, and created compensation pay structures and employee benefits programs. In his many years in HR, he also led employee engagement initiatives, developed training and performed training for leaders. 

For several years, Brian also served as an adjunct professor at the collegiate level, instructing in HR, Business and Pre-Law programs. He has been published in Sport Analytics: A data-driven approach to sport business and management and recognized by ASHHRA’s publication; HR Pulse for turning around a hospital’s low engagement scores. 

Brian prides himself on being a resource to humans as most important to being a Human Resources professional.
